Salary basis: £32,046fte 

FTE: 0.8fte (28hrs per week, actual annual salary: £25,637)

AVA is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Communications Manager to drive our internal and external communication efforts. 

As the Communications Manager at AVA, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive communication strategies and operating plans to enhance the organisation's visibility, engagement, and impact. This role involves collaborating closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and the wider community to effectively communicate AVA's mission, projects, activities and accomplishments. 

Initially offered on a one-year fixed term basis, the post will likely be extended beyond this depending on the success of the incumbent.
