Year 3 is now open for applications! Closes Monday 23rd September

The Just Transition Fund is a £500 million ten-year commitment from The Scottish Government supporting projects in the North East and Moray which contribute towards the region’s transition to net zero.

Now in its third year, the Fund aims to build on the success of previous rounds with the £2.5million already distributed to 99 green and sustainable projects currently making a positive difference within communities in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray.

This year, £1 million is available across the Northeast area. With £333,333 to help support, enhance or kickstart eco-friendly projects in Aberdeenshire and voluntary, community and third sector organisations are invited to apply for up to £50,000 to help Scotland’s just transition to net-zero.

Applications are now open and will close at 12 midday on Monday 23rd September.
