Do you have what it takes to work with third sector organisations who are delivering services that support children & families? If so, we'd love to receive an application from you. AVA works in many different ways with many community, voluntary, and third sector groups and organisations across Aberdeenshire.  No two days are the same, because the nature of the work we do varies for each organisation we engage with.

We are currently seeking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Development Officer to join our team working across Aberdeenshire.
Duties will include providing support and guidance that will enable groups and organisations to deliver their services.  The post will specialise in children & families, and will focus primarily on working with groups and organisations to enable them to deliver services that provide support for their service users.

The postholder will also be expected to work in partnership with public, private and third sector organisations, and act as a focal point for all things related to children & families; we are looking for a person who really understands that everyone has something to offer, and values interacting with people.
