What does that mean?
AVA prides itself on being responsive to strategic and operational needs of the sector that we support. We will develop our existing services further, and build new services when we anticipate there being a need to do so.
Mediation
Mediation offers a confidential, impartial way to resolve disputes and reach mutual agreement.
We know that it helps address tensions between boards, staff, volunteers, or committees before they escalate. AVA provides professional workplace mediation in a safe, respectful setting. This service is free for members and £250 for non-members.
