AVA Annual General Meeting, 2026

On behalf of the Board of Directors, AVA members are invited to join us for our Annual General Meeting that will take place on Wednesday 9th September 2026 at 1pm.

The meeting will be held online and the meeting link will be sent to those who register in advance.

Registration is now open and will remain open until Monday 7th September at 10am. The registration form is only available to AVA members via the email sent on Wednesday 26th August.

We will require a vote on the election of Directors/Trustees. If you are unable to attend the AGM, we would appreciate you nominating a proxy to vote on your behalf. Your nominated proxy voter can be the Chairperson of the meeting who will deliver your vote, as you intend it, on your behalf. You will be able to indicate how you would like your vote to be cast on the registration form.
