Role Title: (YPG) Community Volunteering Enterprise Project Officer
Location: Home-based (Project activity across Aberdeenshire)
Reporting to: AVA CEO
Annual Salary: £27,017 per annum
We are currently seeking to recruit a Project Officer with suitable experience and skills to coordinate and deliver our new Community Volunteering Enterprise Project.
In partnership with the Young Persons Guarantee Fund the Project Officer will deliver innovative learning and development based activity programmes that will engage and motivate disadvantaged young people (16-24).
The successful candidate will have experience of developing, encouraging and enabling relationships in a learning setting and an awareness of volunteering support requirements for both individuals and organisations that involve volunteers. Knowledge of SQA Award processes and procedures and a willingness to work flexibly to ensure the project reaches and includes all of those who might benefit from engaging with the project is essential.
This full-time role (35 hours per week) is offered on a fixed term contract to 31st March 2022.
